Registration fees

Registration fees include attendance to the courses, food, bus from the station, housing, conference banquet, and the social event on Thursday.

Rates:

• 520 € for single rooms (limited)
• 470 € for shared rooms (2 persons per room with separated beds, you'll have a roomate depending on arrival time and affinity)

 How to pay:

• By bon de commande (preferred option for French people):

• By cash or credit card once you arrive at the conference center

Important: Participation fees will be charged for any registration that is not cancelled before july 15 2025.

Fee waivers are potentially available in cases of financial hardship. To request a refund, please email us with the following information: participant name and institution, principal investigator’s name and email, and the reasons of financial need or difficulties.
